MEET the crew
Hi my name is Denise and I’m the founder of Creative 323.
Creative 323 launched in 2024 but I’ve been part of the creative industry since 2000 (aka back in the Y2K Era). My journey began in High School when I found my passion in all things digital design and live production. There I was introduced to the world of multimedia and realized the impact it could have when done with passion, excellence and purpose.
Since 2012 I have served as a Creative Director for BT Church - leading a team of creatives both staff and volunteers in the areas of design, video and live production throughout 5 locations.
My experience in live production includes live producing weekly church services, as well as producing for the in-house production team of the NBA Developmental League - The Vipers. Along with various other projects throughout my career.
With a unique blend of creativity, problem solving and strategy my team and I bring solutions with a purpose to your brand, project, and ideas. We are a crew of storytellers, producers, and graphic artists who are excited to join you on this journey and can't wait to dive into your next project.
